The Corner Residence was built in 2021 in Sofia, Bulgaria. This residential block comprises of 12 apartments, garages and a private garden. Studio Ethno developed the design and produced the technical drawings for planning approval. The practical location together with the functional design and the garden helped our Investor sell all apartments during the construction process. Our key goals as designers are to be aware of the local market and what the needs of our Clients are.
