Our Team is led by 3 experienced architects, so we offer a full package of architectural and interior design services according to the needs of the Client and the location.

If you are our designer, can you assist us with the shopping and project management of our new property?

The short answer is Yes. The detailed response is that according to the package you have purchased, we offer a combination of services: the Client can option for design services that include our help with the shopping list, suppliers and a custom selection according to your needs and budget. In addition, the Client can ask for the project management package - this is Step 2 after the finished design process and this is where we manage your project for you. The service includes checking on the deliveries, suppliers and construction workers to ensure the Client gets his desired interior without the stress and time required to do so.

Is the interior design approach the same for investment and private properties ?

No. Our experience proved that when you want to invest in properties - the design has to be different than what you would normally do for your own home. This is a common mistake we see on the real estate market and that is why we as professionals make a difference. Our approach is to create the right balance of an interesting and stylish property that will help our Client stand out on the market and sell it or rent it faster. 

How long does it take for an interior design project?

This is really specific to the size of the property - a one bedroom apartment is physically less work than a house with 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. As an example to navigate you: a 2 bedroom apartment takes usually between 2 - 4 months design process.
